Exotics on the Foothills

Not every legend is candy paint. Some of them are carbon fiber catching the last pink off the Sandias.

Exotic sports cars parked on an Albuquerque foothills boulevard above city lights

Tramway, the east foothills, a handful of lots after hours: the other cruise. Mid-engine shapes, European badges, a soundtrack that’s turbine more than thump. People who don’t live here figure this scene and the lowrider scene can’t share a city. They haven’t been out on a warm Saturday.

We don’t rank the cars. The culture is the mix — lowriders, hot rods, rat rods, exotics, bikes, the kid on a chrome bicycle who’s gonna be all of the above in twenty years. The mountain don’t care what you drive. It photographs all of it.
