1. Return and Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Digital Products & Event Tickets: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges due to the immediate delivery of digital content and event access.
Physical Merchandise: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original condition and packaging.
Defective/Damaged Items: Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund (including original shipping) at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom, personalized, intimate, or sale items are non-returnable unless defective.
How to Return
Email dukecitylegends@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for Return Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
Ship the item back to: Duke City Live 2053 Lucia Ave SW Albuquerque, NM 87105 (Prepaid return label provided only for defective/incorrect items.)
Refunds
Processed to original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and approving the return.
Original shipping fees refunded only if the return is due to our error.
